These Terms Govern Magic Link Customer Access

These Magic Link Terms govern Aubern LLC’s Magic Link Customer Access service. Magic Link Customer Access allows a caller to receive a one-time SMS text message containing a secure authenticated access link after the caller verbally agrees to receive that text during an inbound phone call.

Purpose of the Magic Link

The Magic Link SMS gives a caller a secure one-time link to continue a service interaction online. The link may open a page associated with the caller’s phone interaction, account access, appointment flow, intake flow, billing flow, support flow, or service request flow.

The exact page content may vary by configuration, caller context, service context, and the state of the product. The SMS message itself is limited to delivering the secure access link requested or accepted by the caller.

Verbal Consent to Receive One Text Message

A caller receives a Magic Link SMS only after verbally agreeing to receive the text during an inbound phone call. The caller’s phone number is used as part of the call context and consent record. The access token in the link is associated internally with the call session and authorized destination number.

The consent prompt is:

Accepted responses include clear affirmative statements such as “yes,” “send it,” “I agree,” or “send me the link.” If the caller does not clearly agree, no Magic Link SMS is sent.

Actual SMS Message

The Magic Link SMS message is:

Message frequency is one SMS message per caller request. Magic Link Customer Access does not create recurring SMS alerts, automated marketing campaigns, advertising messages, or third-party text subscriptions.

Consent Is Narrow

Consent to receive a Magic Link SMS is consent only to receive the one-time secure access link described during the call. It is not consent to receive marketing, promotional, advertising, recurring, or third-party text messages.

Secure Access and Token Handling

Magic links are intended to provide secure access to a service page. Aubern may use tokenized URLs, expiration controls, access controls, audit logs, transport-layer encryption, and other safeguards.

The person who receives a Magic Link should not share it. Anyone with access to the link may be able to open the associated page until the link expires, is used, or is revoked.

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Aubern may modify, disable, expire, or revoke a Magic Link at any time.

Consent and Delivery Records

Aubern may store records related to Magic Link Customer Access, including call session identifiers, timestamps, caller phone number, SMS destination number, SMS sending number, consent prompt version, caller affirmative response, message body, delivery status, provider message identifiers, link token metadata, and related technical logs.

Changes to These Terms

Aubern may update these Magic Link Terms at any time by posting a revised version at this URL. The version number and effective date shown above indicate the current version.
