• Consent prompt version and caller affirmative response
• Call recording, transcript, or consent excerpt where enabled
• SMS message body, delivery status, and provider message identifiers
• Magic link token metadata, expiration status, and access logs
• IP address, browser type, device data, and webpage access logs
• Information submitted through the secure access page
• Technical logs used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and compliance

How We Use Information

Aubern may use Magic Link Customer Access information to:

• Send the one-time Magic Link SMS after verbal consent
• Authenticate, validate, expire, revoke, or route the secure link
• Connect the link to the related call session, phone number, or service context
• Operate the secure access page
• Maintain consent, delivery, audit, and compliance records
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and misuse
• Debug, secure, measure, and improve Aubern systems

Aubern may share information with service providers that help operate Magic Link Customer Access, including telephony, SMS delivery, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, database, and support providers.

Retention

Consent records, message records, token metadata, and access logs may be retained to prove that a Magic Link SMS was sent only after consent and to investigate abuse, delivery issues, or user requests.
