Phone calls become secure customer access.
Aubern sends a one-time authenticated link by SMS after a caller verbally agrees during an inbound call. The caller opens the link and continues the service interaction online.
One SMS per caller request after verbal consent.
Tokenized access path for continuing service online.
Consent is scoped to the requested access link only.
The caller places an inbound phone call and reaches an Aubern service flow.
The AI asks whether it may send one one-time text message with a secure access link.
Accepted responses include clear phrases such as yes, send it, or I agree.
The caller receives one SMS containing the authenticated access URL.
What the link opens
A secure Aubern page associated with the caller’s service interaction. The page may support account access, appointments, intake, billing, support, or service requests depending on configuration.
What the URL hides
The public URL does not need to expose a phone number. Internally, the token can map to the call session, destination number, consent record, and expiration timestamp.
What this is not
This is not a demo consent flow, SMS marketing flow, recurring alert program, lead-generation blast, or third-party text subscription.
